Putting the finishing touches on his upcoming movie, Robert Pattinson, joined by co-star Reese Witherspoon, was on the set of "Water for Elephants" in Los Angeles to close out the week.
The pair both bared makeup bruises from fight scenes as they chatted about their work endeavors during short breaks in the action-packed filming session.
Directed by Francis Lawrence, the highly anticipated movie based on the book of the same name hits theaters on April 22, 2011.
Also starring Christoph Waltz, the flick is about "a veterinary student abandoning his studies after his parents are killed and joining a traveling circus as their vet."
