According to Dead Line, major studios are currently bidding on an upcoming project which is said to be a “Mr and Mrs Smith” meets “Wanted” type of film.
Lautner is scheduled to finish shooting “Breaking Dawn Part 2” this spring, and Fox 2000 and New Regency grabbed his two available slots for 2011.
Seeing an opportunity to work with the young talent, Bay secured the project for sometime in 2012.
